I spent 18 years in HR and leadership, working closely with people and organisations under pressure and during change.

Alongside this, I immersed myself in ancient wisdom teachings, meditation, somatic and energy-based practices.

As a certified professional coach who's worked with hundreds of clients, I saw the same patterns emerge again and again—in individuals and organizations alike: working with the mind alone was not creating lasting change.

That's why my approach integrates science, lived wisdom and mind-body-energy work, going beyond the thinking mind to create transformation at the level where the patterns are actually held.
